1. Operating Entity

BalasPintar ("we", "our") provides intelligent AI agent routing infrastructure. We respect enterprise confidentiality and adhere to global data security standards.

2. No AI Model Training Clause

Customer data, webhook payloads, and CRM communications processed by BalasPintar through LLM providers (including Anthropic Claude API) are strictly never used to train or fine-tune public foundation models.

3. Zero-Retention Transmission

Inference context is ephemeral. Data passed to our cognitive layer is discarded immediately after JSON extraction and CRM synchronization are completed.
